Subcontractor denied delay damages for Mayfield Elementary School construction

Polk Construction Corporation and its surety will not have to pay damages to Industrial Mechanical Contractors Inc. (IMC) for delays in the building of Henry Mayfield Elementary School, an appeals court ruled.
