GRETNA – A local grocery store is being sued by a woman who claims she was injured in a fall on their premises.Kim Percle filed suit against Winn-Dixie Montgomery LLC and their insurer in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 21.On July 28, 2013 Percle claims she was shopping at the Winn-Dixie located at 1070 Westbank Expressway in Westwego when she tripped and fell due to hazardous conditions in
