US Agencies along with CNA Insurance Co. and Continental Casualty Co. are being sued by a New Orleans family over injuries allegedly suffered in a motor vehicle accident.
According to the complaint filed April 26 in Orleans Parish District Court, Michael Williams and his wife and minor child were driving on I-610 when a vehicle driven by Sara Chouest, a resident of Kenner, suddenly and without warning collided forcefully into their vehicle.
The complaint alleges that the sole and proximate cause of the accident was Chouest's failure to exercise reasonable care and good judgment, failure to maintain proper control of the vehicle, speeding, and operating vehicle in a reckless manner.
The Williams family is being represented by Eric M. Ferrouillet of New Orleans.
