Clear Channel sues uniform retailer over allegedly unpaid advertising

GRETNA – A corporate broadcaster is suing a Jefferson Parish uniform retailer for allegedly unpaid bills.

Clear Channel Broadcasting filed suit on March 12 in 24th Judicial District Court against Logo Express Marketing.

Clear Channel claims the defendants owes them $22,057 for commercials run on behalf of the company. The plaintiff alleges the defendant received services from the company during 2002, but failed to pay for them.

Damages are sought in the amount of the debt plus attorney and legal fees and legal interest.

Clear Channel is being represented by Mark E. Hanna of Bradley, Murchison, Kelly and Shea.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Hans J. Liljeberg.
