Hotel management company seeks damages from Caddo Parish Hilton

SHREVEPORT – A North Carolina-based management company has filed suit against a Shreveport hotel for payments it claims it is owed.

Alliance Hospitality Management, LLC filed suit against Prince Preferred Hotels Shreveport, LLC and the Hilton Garden Inn on May 25 in the 1st Judicial District Court.

Alliance claims the Hilton Garden Inn in Shreveport entered into a contract agreement in August 2011 and is owed $60,317.77 under that agreement. The plaintiff claims the amount owed is for management fees and expenses.

Requested damages include the amount owed plus attorney's fees, legal interest and fees of expert witnesses.

Alliance is represented by Shreveport-based attorney Jeffrey L. Little.

The case has been assigned to Section C Judge Leon L. Emanuel.
