Acme General Contractors suing couple for breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans couple is being sued for alleged breach of contract over services rendered relative to an elevation contract.

Acme General Contractors Inc. filed a lawsuit against Rico Lewis Jr. and Kim Lewis in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Aug. 21. The plaintiff claims that the Lewises owe them a total of $50,000 for the work performed in accordance with the parties' contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all money due to them under the elevation contract and all other damages, interest, attorney's fees and reasonable relief.

Acme is represented by Jonas P. Baker of Loeb Law Firm.

This case has been assigned to Division D Judge Lloyd J. Medley.

Case no.2012-08229.
