GRETNA – An Abita Springs law firm is suing a former client for non-payment of services rendered in a divorce case.
Ladouceur and Ladouceur filed suit against Nicolo J. Hannan, Sr. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 18. Ladouceur and Ladouceur claims it represented Hannan for divorce, child custody, child support and other related legal proceedings.
The plaintiff alleges it sent monthly invoices to the defendant, however, the defendant has not paid the full amount owed. Ladouceur and Ladouceur assert that Hannan owes $21,923.09 for services rendered.
Ladouceur and Ladouceur is represented by Lindsey M. Ladouceur.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
