Concrete Worx suing Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring for alleged non-payment

NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish concreting company is suing a local construction company for alleged non-payment.

Concrete Worx, LLC filed a lawsuit against Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring, LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Sept. 10. The plaintiff claims that after performing concrete work on several projects it has not been paid for services rendered. According to the suit, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $49,848.56.

Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring is accused of failure to pay invoices beginning in or about February 2012 until present.

The plaintiff is seeking full compensation in the amount of $49,848.56 plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.

This case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
