NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans-based concrete supplier is suing a contractor for non-payment for goods.
Central Rock Corporation filed suit against Champion Contractors, LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 27. Central Rock Corporation claims it provided materials to Champion Contractors on an open account. The plaintiff alleges the defendant still owes $24,355.28 for materials supplied.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
Damages in the amount of $24,355.28, plus attorney's fees and court costs are sought by the plaintiff.
Central Rock Corporation is represented by Charles M. Pisano of New Orleans-base Roedel, Parsons, Koch, Blache, Balhoff & McCollister.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates, IV.
