Orrill, Cordell & Beary, LLC file suit against Audubon Hotel

NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans law firm is suing one of its clients for alleged non-payment of legal services rendered.

Orrill, Cordell & Beary, LLC filed suit against 1225 Audubon Hotel, LLC, BEK Holdings, LLC, Gerald Boulmay, Ty D. Angeron, Michael J. Keiffer, Claude Mauberrett, Gary J. Burke, Edward L. Jacobs, Jr., Jenny Kuhlmann, Terrence J. Epton, Sandra M. Epton, Mark Clutter and Centam Enterprises, LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Dec. 3.

Orrill, Cordell & Beary, LLC claims it represented 1225 Audubon Hotel in two matters. Although the plaintiff agrees the defendants have paid $5,000 for services rendered the firm alleges it is still owed legal fees for those matters in the amount of $17,007.50 and $2,362.50.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract for non-payment of services.

Orrill, Cordell & Beary, LLC is represented by in-house attorney Angel L. Byrum.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
