NEW ORLEANS - An air compressor manufacturer is suing an Orleans Parish consulting company for allegedly failing to pay a large sum of money due for a business transaction.
Compressed Air Systems, LLC filed a lawsuit against Alliance Consulting Group, LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District Court. The plaintiff claims that the defendant is indebted to it in the amount of $42,660.98 for merchandise sold and delivered.
Compressed Air System is seeking full compensation plus interest and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Counsel for the plaintiff is Adam G. Young of Adam G. Young.
This case has been assigned to Division D Judge Lloyd J. Medley.
