Personal injury attorney sued by health center that provided services to law practice clients

Breach of contract

GRETNA – A local plaintiff attorney is being sued by a local health care center over referrals of personal injury clients.

F and C Management Group Inc. and the Health Care Center filed suit against J. Ronald Denman in the 24th Judicial District Court on Feb. 27.

F and C Management Group Inc. and the Health Care Center claim that they provided healthcare services to personal injury clients referred by Denman. The plaintiffs assert that despite performing the duties requested of them they were never fully paid for their services and are still owed $53,935.

F and C Management Group Inc. and the Health Care Center allege that the funds should have been dispersed to them after litigation brought by Denman’s was concluded, but those funds are still outstanding.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

Damages in the amount of $53,935 plus 25 percent interest and attorney’s fees are sought by the plaintiffs.

F and C Management Group Inc. and the Health Care Center are represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
