GRETNA – A Kenner Olive Garden restaurant is being sued by a woman who claims she was injured in a fall out of a rolling chair on its premises.

Lois Fisher filed suit against Olive Garden, Darden Restaurants and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 21.

Fisher claims she was seated at a table located at the Olive Garden restaurant in Kenner and had finished eating when she went to stand up and the chair, which had wheels on the bottom of its legs, rolled out from beneath her and she fell to the floor.
