NEW ORLEANS – A company specializing in the distribution of power tools and construction materials is suing a solar power company claiming that a large balance was left unpaid by the defendant.
W.W. Grainger, Inc. filed suit against Sader Power Enterprises L.L.C in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on June 15.
The suit says the defendant purchased goods from W.W. Grainger totaling $126,157.00.
The plaintiff claims to be entitled to legal interest on the unpaid balance from April 13, 2014, plus legal fees.
The plaintiff is represented by New-Orleans based Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC.
This case has been assigned to Div. L Judge Kern A. Reese.
