A Louisiana woman is suing Chrysler Jeep, alleging negligent repairs to her new vehicle.

Donna S. Robinson filed a lawsuit Oct. 6 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against FCA US, Premier Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Capital One Auto Finance Inc., alleging negligent repairs to her 2015 Chrysler 200S.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 14, 2014, Robinson purchased the 200S and the vehicle had several defects, causing issues of use and safety. The suit says Robinson allowed the defendants to attempt to repair the vehicle but the repairs were not performed up to standards, and the issues are still present.

Robinson seeks unspecified damages, litigation costs and other relief deemed appropriate by the court. She is represented by attorney Richard C. Dalton of Mandeville.

U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana case number 2:15-cv-05006-HGB-KWR.
