GRETNA – A Kenner couple alleges that a neighbor has encroached on their property.
Laurie Schaefer and Keith J. Hosli filed a suit against William P. Crespo in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 18.
According to the claim, the plaintiffs discovered an encroachment of their property by the defendant, and despite requests that the encroachment be removed, the defendant has refused to do so.
The defendant is accused of trespass and damages.
The plaintiffs are seeking an unspecified amount in damages. They are represented by Regel L. Bisso of Bisso & Miller LLC in Metairie. The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
