GRETNA – A limited liability company is seeking damages claiming an individual allegedly failed to honor a promissory note.
120 West Partners LLC filed a suit against Bernarda R. Espinoza, also known as Bernarda R. Espinosa, in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 31.
According to the claim, the defendant entered into an agreement with a contractor for the completion of a task related to repairs following Hurricane Katrina. The suit states that though the plaintiff completed the tasks required, the defendant has failed to uphold his or her portion of the agreement under the promissory note.
The defendant is accused of failure to fulfill his or her portion of the agreement and promissory note.
