NEW ORLEANS – A Colorado limited liability company is seeking damages, claiming that an Orleans Parish client failed to pay off the line of credit issued.
Cach LLC filed a suit against Ray A. Humphrey in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 22.
According to the claim, the defendant was issued a credit card by Bank of America NA, which was to be paid back in installments. The suit states the debt was purchased by the plaintiff and that the defendant has failed to pay back an amount of more than $16,000.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay the balance owed.
The plaintiff is seeking $16,638.18 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group in Juno Beach, Florida.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
