Capital One Bank claims woman allegedly failed to pay off debt

GRETNA – Capital One Bank has filed suit against a woman for allegedly failing to pay off her credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit against Charisse E. Deidrich in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 20.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant, but the defendant has incurred and failed to pay off the balance of more than $2,400.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
