Capital One Bank alleges woman failed to pay her credit card balance

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Heather M. Patterson in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 20.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant for her use. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off her balance of more than $1,800.

The defendant is accused of having an open account against the plaintiff.
