Orleans Parish woman alleges individual has not paid back promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages for alleged breach of promissory note.

Priscilla Edwards filed a suit against Michelle Robinson, personally and as the independent administratrix for the succession of Michael Robinson in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 20.

According to the claim, the plaintiff possesses a promissory note from the defendant and is seeking fulfillment of the amount specified in the note.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to make payments on the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking $79,649.31 in damages. She is represented by Brian F. Guilot of Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
