Dyno Noble, Louisiana Ammonia allegedly failed to pay for completed work

GRETNA – A turbine repair company is seeking damages for alleged breach of contract.

Elliott Co. filed a suit against Dyno Nobel, Louisiana Ammonia LLC, Dyno Nobel Inc. and Kellogg Brown & Root LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was hired by the defendant to perform various services and repairs and installations on a turbine. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make payment to the plaintiff for the work completed.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to pay as it was obligated and unjust enrichment.

The plaintiff is seeking damages and the amount owed of $577,307.63, plus interest, attorney's fees, late fees and other costs related to the matter. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen H. Kupperman and Brad Cousins.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
