Bank of America alleges that a customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Bank of America filed a suit against Donald Palmisano in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 1.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant who has allegedly failed to make payments on the more than $3,000 balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,063.99 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
