USFGIS allegedly owes PGS USA more than $133,000

GRETNA – A trucking company is seeking damages from a customer for an alleged open account.

PGS USA LLC filed a suit against USFGIS LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff provided services to the defendant that were valued at more than $133,000. The suit states that despite amicable demands, the plaintiff has still not received the funds.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking payment in full, plus interest, attorneys' fees and costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kevin O'Bryon.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
