NEW ORLEANS – A lumber company alleges a LaPlace business and an individual owe it for supplies.
Sorrento Lumber Co. Inc. filed a suit against Veterans Construction LLC and Al Jackson, also known as Al P. Jackson II, individually as personal guarantee in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff supplied building materials, supplies and other goods to the defendant and the defendant has thus failed to pay off the open account.
The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $15,831.30 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Dwight D. Poirrier of Gonzales.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
