Orleans Parish man alleged to owe more than $56,000 on open account

NEW ORLEANS – American Express Centurion Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

American Express Centurion Bank filed a suit against Gary Watson in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 8.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued an account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of more than $56,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $56,367.54 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
