Discover Bank alleges credit card account totals more than $15,000 in unpaid charges

GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account of more than $15,000.

Discover Bank filed a suit against Francis A. Damico Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card account to the defendant and the account has remained open with more than $15,000 worth of charges on it.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $15,878.19 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
