NEW ORLEANS – Bank of America is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from an Orleans Parish resident.
Bank of America filed a suit against Elizabeth A. Spalding in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant with the agreement that the balance on the account would be managed. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay back the borrowed amount to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $31,492.96 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
