Capital One Bank claims more than $2,000 is owed on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims that a customer failed to pay her credit card balance off.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Reginene Legette in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 22.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff what they are owed, which is a balance of more than $2,000.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,220.82 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville and Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
