GRETNA – Delgado Community College is seeking damages for more than $800.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Joshua M. Coward in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant for the value of more than $800. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make any payments on the open account so far.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $873.08 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
