Comenity Bank alleges more than $1,700 owed on credit card

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Comenity Bank filed a suit against Lacee Arbo in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant that the defendant used to accumulate more than $1,700 in charges without making any payments.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,734.42 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
