Wells Fargo Bank claims Jefferson Parish dentist owes more than $91,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank alleges a dentist has failed to pay on a business line of credit.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit against Danny J. Gerstner D.D.S. (a professional dental corporation) and Danny J. Grestner in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a business line of credit to the defendant. The suit states that the plaintiff delivered more than $91,000 and that the defendant has failed to make payment on this balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $91,032.68 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Rumage, Herschel C. Adcock Jr. and Mitchell D. Dickson of The Law Office of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
