Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauve alleges it is owed more than $21,000

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish law firm alleges a Georgia client has not paid for legal services.

Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver LLP filed a suit against Rabia Khalid in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant that were valued at more than $21,000. The suit states that the defendant has thus failed to receive payment for the services delivered.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $21,254.75 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Gerald Wasserman and Leonard M. Berins of Gerald Wasserman LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
