Bottom Line Equipment claims it has not been paid more than $150,000 for rentals

NEW ORLEANS – A construction equipment rental company is seeking damages for an open account of more than $150,000.

Bottom Line Equipment LLC filed a suit against Onnea Equipment LLC, doing business as Montgomery Heavy Equipment, and Roque Campos in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendants entered into an agreement in which the defendants agreed to pay rental and other charges as were required by the plaintiff. The suit states that the plaintiff has not been paid and that the defendant's open account is more than $155,000.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $156,454.93 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Seth J. Smiley, Bradley Aldrich and Matt Thomas of Wolfe Law Group in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
