Capital One Bank claims that a customer failed to pay what was due

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly unpaid credit card debt.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Daniel L. Dunham in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 28.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has accumulated charges exceeding $2,300 on the credit card without making timely payments.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,377.45 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
