Jay Trucks Service Inc. alleged to owe money to Santader Bank

GRETNA – Santander Bank alleges a Jefferson Parish company owes more than $130,000.

Santander Bank filed a suit against Jay Trucks Service Inc. and Albert J. Phillip Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant. The suit states that over the course of the services delivered, the defendant came to owe the plaintiff more than $129,000. The suit states that the plaintiff has not received the funds owed to them.

The defendant is accused of failure to pay the outstanding balance.

The plaintiff is seeking $138,040 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III and Warren W. Wingerter Jr. in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
