Jet Construction Services, Construction Masters Inc. alleged to owe more than $30,000

GRETNA – Two Jefferson Parish companies are alleged to owe for construction materials they purchased.

National Polyfab Co. Inc. filed a suit against Jet Construction Services LLC, Construction Masters Inc. and Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendants maintained an open account against the plaintiff through failing to pay for materials that they received. The suit states that the plaintiff is owed more than $30,000 for construction materials purchased.

The defendants are accused of failing to pay.

The plaintiff is seeking $30,115.06 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Francis R. White III in Covington.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
