Veterans Construction LLC alleged to owe more than $15,000 to lumber company

NEW ORLEANS – A lumber company is seeking damages on an allegedly open account.

Sorrento Lumber Co. Inc. filed a suit against Veterans Construction LLC and Al Jackson, also known as Al P. Jackson II, individually as personal guarantee in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff has not been paid for a business credit issued to the defendants.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $15,831.30 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Dwight D. Poirrier of Gonzales.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
