NEW ORLEANS – A jeweler claims that a St. Tammany Parish man has maintained an open account.
Ricarde Jewelers Inc., doing business as Jack Sutton Fine Jewelry, filed a suit against Laron Landry in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued goods to the defendant. The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $33,986.95 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by W. Patrick Klotz of Klotz & Early in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
