NEW ORLEANS – A telecommunication tower maintenance company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Javelin Wireless and Telecommunications LLC filed a suit against Dannic Solutions LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sep. 26.
According to the claim, the defendant and plaintiff were in an agreement in which the defendant agreed to pay for services that were provided to it by the plaintiff. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff more than $47,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is $47,033.08 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Seth J. Smiley, Bradley Aldrich, Matt Thomas and Donald A. Mau of the Smiley Law Firm in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
