Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers LLC alleges it is owed more than $24,000

GRETNA – An electrical wholesale company alleges it was not paid for materials provided.

Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers LLC filed a suit against Nomps Properties LLC, Thomas Conrad and Broke Cane LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 11.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued various supplies and materials to the defendants with the understanding and agreement that the proper payment would be made in a timely manner. The suit states that the defendants have failed to make payment for more than $24,000 in open accounts.

The plaintiff is seeking $24,234.51 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by J. Matt Thomas, Bradley Aldrich and Seth J. Smiley of the Smiley Law Firm in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
