NEW ORLEANS – A funding company is seeking damages, claiming that a customer breached contract.
Rapid Capital Funding filed a suit against Laurence T. Norton III DDS, a dental corporation, and Laurence T. Norton III individually in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 9.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into a contractual agreement in which the plaintiff issued services to the defendant. The suit states that the plaintiff has not received any of the owed $46,000 from the defendant.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to pay the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Stanley C. Kottemann Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
