NEW ORLEANS – Ochsner Clinic Foundation is seeking more than $42,000.
Ochsner Clinic Foundation filed a suit against Garden District Podiatry LLC and Todd Hugh Allain, M.D., in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 1.
According to the claim, the plaintiff leased a property to the defendant who agreed to the details of the rental agreement in terms of payment. The suit states that the defendant, however, failed to pay rent when it was due, as well as failed to complete any of the obligations that they promised they would and have come to owe more than $42,000.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by David M. Kerth.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
