NEW ORLEANS – Cach LLC is seeking over $11,000 in damages.
Cach LLC filed a suit against Elma B. Barre in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 12.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant used to card to make more than $11,000 in charges. The suit states further that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the card.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
