NEW ORLEANS – A doctor is seeking damages, claiming that a customer failed to pay.
Dr. Ira Markowitz filed a suit against Franklin "Frank" Beahm, Franklin D. Beahm, a professional law corporation doing business as Beahm & Green, and Touro Infirmary in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 6.
According to the claim, the plaintiff provided services to the defendant. The suit states that despite fulfilling the services agreed upon to full satisfaction, the defendant failed to make payment for more than $3,600.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher L. Coffin.
