Another Broken Egg Café alleged to owe more than $45,000 for linen services

GRETNA – A linen rental company is seeking damages for an alleged breach of contract.

Loop Linen Service Inc. filed a suit against Another Broken Egg Café Inc. and Jacob Alleman individually in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 17.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for the provision of linens to be rented to the defendants in October 2014. The suit states that following the issue of the contract, the defendants have failed to make timely payments for the services issued to them.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking $45,877.13 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Michael S. Futrell of Connick & Connick LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
