Jefferson Parish individual alleged to owe more than $7,000 to Gulfco of Louisiana

GRETNA – A limited liability company is seeking damages on an allegedly open account from a Jefferson Parish man.

Gulfco of Louisiana LLC, doing business as Tower Loan of Cut Off, filed a suit against Rhea Clark Marullo in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 12.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is the owner of an instrument which the defendant began to make payments on. The suit states that the defendant failed to make timely and consistent payment on the item in question and is currently in debt to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is $7,124.25 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Brian T. Langford, Fred A. Rogers III, E. Keith Carter, Kevin J. Payne, Brian T. Langford and Jordan B. Bird of Rogers, Carter and Payne in Shreveport.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
