Bank claims that a line of credit was not repaid by Ricko's Concrete & Construction

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $26,000 for an allegedly open account from a Jefferson Parish business.

Capital One National Association filed a suit against Ricko's Concrete & Construction Inc. and Ricky Legaux in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 17.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendant for $38,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off more than $26,000, thus maintaining an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $26,770.48 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
