Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account of more than $2,400

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man is accused of not paying off a credit card balance.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Warren A. Loupe in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 24.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card that the plaintiff used to make more than $2,400 worth of charges. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,438.98 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans. 

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
