Capital One Bank seeks damages for an allegedly open account of more than $2,500

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,500 for an allegedly open account from a Jefferson Parish man.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit against Vincent J. Gangi in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 24.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant, which the defendant allegedly used to accumulate more than $2,500 in charges. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance of the credit card.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,545.28 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
